Even difficult tires are a breeze

This tool was used to mount tires on two Sun XTC 700c rims which are the most difficult rims on which to mount and I have tried several brands and sizes. In fact Parks heavy tire irons with metal cores were broken trying to lever tires on. The Winx Wheels tool made it a simple 2 minute job with no cursing. The tool is lightweight enough to put in a bag that sits in the bike frame. I will definitely bring it with me on all rides, and recommend it for anyone who has difficulty mounting tires. It appears to be durable and well made. I would highly recommend this tool. I'm an engineer and have built bikes and wheels for many, many years as a hobby.

I bought some new Kenda Drumlin tires for my bike and could not get them on the rim for the life of me. I fought the tire for an hour and lost. I simply did not have the physical strength to lift the bead onto the rim and I was afraid my thin tire levers where going to break. In a desperate attempt to not have to take my wheels into the bike shop, I ordered this tool. This is something I really need to be able to do myself in the event of a flat out on the trails. In a little over 5 minutes that stubborn tire was seated properly. I couldn't believe it. This will be a permanent part of my repair kit when out riding. Even if you do have the strength to fight tough tires, get it anyways and safe yourself some grief.
