I use these while mountain biking and these shorts are in my opinion great. I sweat a lot and I was tired of having diaper butt with my other shorts. These have just enough padding in the right places (great for my sit bones) These have also helped with chaffing.

This product is great to wear for long biking trips/spinning. The padding really helps with comfort while being unnoticed under leggings or tight shorts. Worth it for the comfort. I’m 5’6” 160 lbs, size 8/10, I usually wear medium, I bought this in large, fits very fine!!

Use these for 10 mile plus joy rides at home. Put to the test on bike and barge tour where mileage was 25-32 miles a day for a week. Comfortable and protective. No soreness or chafing. Fit like a champ. Dried overnight. Had three pairs for trip, but really only needed two. Great value.

I bought a bike in August 2021 for mainly in town road cycling. I have used the padded shorts on my other bike rides and have had NO problems with soreness. I highly recommend these for cycling. I was able to extend my cycling time from 16 miles up to 21 miles in comfort.
