Other shipping options including insured or priority are also available to view at checkout.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES?

Standard Shipping Times: Average delivery time is 10 business days.

USA and Canada: 6-15 days
Australia, NZ & Oceania: 8-15 days
Other countries: 11-20 days

Processing Times:

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

• While we do International Shipments, Winx Wheels will not be responsible for any taxes, duties or tariffs imposed by local customs authorities in the destination country.
• Package that are destroyed by custom authorities due to non payment of their local customs dues will not be refunded or replaced.
