I use these while mountain biking and these shorts are in my opinion great. I sweat a lot and I was tired of having diaper butt with my other shorts. These have just enough padding in the right places (great for my sit bones) These have also helped with chaffing.

This product is great to wear for long biking trips/spinning. The padding really helps with comfort while being unnoticed under leggings or tight shorts. Worth it for the comfort. I’m 5’6” 160 lbs, size 8/10, I usually wear medium, I bought this in large, fits very fine!!
