Super easy to use and effective

I have SRAM Rival 22 hydraulic disks. SRAM says loosen the brake caliper housing, squeeze the lever a few times and hold the lever, and tighten the bolts again. Still had squeaking and squealing with moderately hard braking. Tried aligning by eye. Sometimes I got it right. Now, I just loosen the housing bolts, slide this over the disc, rotate it in between the pads, squeeze the lever, and tighten the bolts. Voila!! Perfect alignment and the squealing when braking ends. My cycling friends no longer need ear plugs when I brake. :)
